Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships, and for marketing. In addition, the collected data can be used for the development of the online service. The data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The information to be recorded in the register includes: Person's name, company name, contact details (phone number, email address, address), website addresses, information on ordered services and their changes, billing details, and other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.
The information will be retained for the time being.
Regular information sources
The data recorded in the register is obtained from the customer via email, by telephone, through social media services, from contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer discloses their information.
Information on contact persons for companies and other organisations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directories, and other companies.
Data transfer outside the EU or EEA
Information is not routinely disclosed to other parties. Information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer. Information may also be transferred by the data controller outside the EU or EEA.
Principles of register protection
The data controller shall ensure that stored data, server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description requires it.
Risks
Personal data carries risks such as data breaches. Personal data stored in the register is protected from unauthorised access and from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer or other unlawful processing.
Audit rights and rights relating to the processing of personal data
Every person registered has the right to inspect their data stored in the register and to demand the correction of any erroneous information or the supplementation of incomplete information.
If a person wishes to check the data stored about them, request a correction, or ask for the deletion of personal data concerning them, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
